Our 5-star lodge with breathtakingly spectacular mountain views, is 3600 sq. ft. of cozy accommodations, inspired by rustic elegance. We are dedicated to providing second to none, exclusive service and confidentiality for our guests!  

The lodge comfortably combines both private and shared rooms which sleeps up to 12 guests in their own luxurious beds with bamboo linens.

~Breakfast~

Start your morning off right with a healthy and delicious Tuscan Portabello and Pesto egg white omelet accompanied by a seasonal fresh fruit salad and optional side of cinnamon-scented breakfast quinoa. Choose from a large array of herbal teas and fruit juices or a gourmet organic coffee to compliment your meal.

~Lunch~

Satisfy your appetite with a sumptuous Roasted Chicken, Wild Arugula and Baby Spinach Salad enhanced with cranberries and pine nuts and topped with a Balsamic Dijon reduction. Depending on your appetite choose a bowl of home made organic soup to accompany this gourmet salad.
 
~Dinner~

Entice your taste buds with a Slow Roasted Latin Chicken, Black Bean and Sweet Potato masterpiece accompanied by an Asparagus and Fennel Salad. This tantalizing smoky Latin chicken dish boasts a good portion of your daily fiber and beta carotene thanks to its delicious black bean and sweet potato combination. Delish! Bring your favorite bottle of wine to be served and enjoyed with your meal.
 
~Dessert~

Try our warm, tasty sugar and gluten free Kidney Bean and Tofu Brownies topped with fresh berries. Make it a la mode with a scoop of vanilla yogurt ice cream for the ultimate gourmet treat!

We have a BYOB program in place which allows our guests to bring and enjoy their favourite alcoholic beverages.

Vegan, vegetarian and specialty diets are accomodated as needed by our gourmet chef!
